Nikita Lawson

ET Facility & Logistics Group was founded by Nikita Lawson with a vision to build a company rooted in structure, accountability, and dependable service delivery.
Nikita’s background combines operational discipline, technical systems experience, and hands-on exposure to the facility services industry. Growing up around her father’s cleaning business, she developed an early understanding of the importance of quality workmanship, reliability, and client trust in service-based operations.
Professionally, Nikita brings over a decade of experience working within healthcare environments, supporting complex operational systems and compliance-driven processes. Her work in enterprise technology and Identity & Access Management operations required strong attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and the ability to support highly regulated environments where reliability and accountability are essential.
Drawing on both her family business exposure and professional experience, Nikita established ET Facility & Logistics Group to provide structured facility services, logistics coordination, and procurement support for government and commercial organizations.
Today, the company focuses on delivering process-driven, compliance-focused services that support operational efficiency across office facilities, healthcare-adjacent environments, and logistics operations.
